Dive deep into your self, your body, and your practice in Dirty Laundry’s 200 Hour Yoga Teacher Training. It is our mission to provide a wonderful educational experience for emerging yoga teachers that encourages intelligent, alignment-based instruction. We firmly believe in positivity and inclusion.

Schedule:

The training takes place from February 3 - May 31, 2025.

We will convene via Zoom on: 

  • Monday and Tuesday evenings from 6-9:30PM MST

  • 1 weekend per month (Sat and Sun) 8-4PM : March 21 & 22, April 25 & 26, May 24 & 25 

  • Teacher Showcase May 31 12-3PM

The scope of our training includes, but is not limited to

Intelligent sequencing

Foundational vinyasa style asanas

Modifications

Best practices of teaching 

History and lineage of yoga

Meditation

Anatomy and physiology

Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion

Effective teaching techniques and classroom management

Trainees will have the opportunity to learn through the utilization of live lecture, video presentations, collaborations, and peer teaching. Additionally, post-training mentorship will be made available on a per-hour basis through our optional bridge program.

Pricing

Early Bird: Tuition for this exciting and informative training is $3395 ($700 non-refundable deposit) with the balance of the tuition to be paid before October 1, 2024.

Regular: Tuition is $3595 with the balance to be paid by January 15, 2025. 

A bit about our lead instructor…

Missy holds a master’s degree in education from the University of Florida and is certified in Bikram method yoga, Vinyasa yoga, Pilates, Barre, Yin yoga, and is the creator of the pyroPILATES method. She is Yoga Alliance 500 E-RYT, YACEP, RYS 200/500 and is a Level 3 teacher with the Original Hot Yoga Association
